Plan Ahead for the Slowing Fall Real Estate Market

Showing Calendar

Did you know ShowingTime has its own showing calendar? Agents can see all appointments right from their ShowingTime desktop account. It's an easy way to see if your listings are getting showings. Several agents have told us they use it for gauging whether they're busy with buyers.

Filters to Focus on Details

View for a week or for a day:

The calendar allows agents to view appointments in traditional monthly/weekly/daily views, but also offers several additional filters, including the segmented view for office managers.

Sort by appointment status:

Agents can narrow down showings based on their status (confirmed vs. unconfirmed or cancelled) or those requested on their listings vs. showings requested on other agents’ listings.

Sort by Agent or Office Manager view:

For office administrators, there are even more filter options. They can look at all agents in the office or search by name. They can also segment appointments by agents, listings or buyers.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How can a listing agent view notes they left for a buyer’s agent confirmation?

There are two types of listing agent notes. The first is always visible on a listing worksheet and is sent to the buyer’s agent when the appointment is confirmed.

Listing agents can also override the confirmation note for individual appointments by submitting a different message when confirming an appointment. This note is sent to the buyer’s agent and, once delivered, is not visible to the listing agent.

2. How can listing agents keep communications with their sellers connected to their listing?

Agents and sellers both can use the in-app messaging feature. All messages are saved under the seller’s listing, which helps to easily reference it in the future.

3. How can an agent update their office and contact details in the app after they switched offices?

All information about the office an agent is associated with is imported automatically from their MLS. However, the ShowingTime mobile app will have to be re-authenticated using the new email associated with the new office.
